Connect with some amazing recruiters on LinkedIn. And moving forward, have ONE target job in mind. The process no longer is suitable for "Jack or Jill's of all trades". They want you to focus on one job because otherwise they think you don't know what you want. It's gotten really specific and crazy out there. It's no longer the job search it was even five years ago.
