Imposter syndrome, anxiety and one way video interview
So I landed an interview with one of my target companies and I am so excited. But the interview is different then any other I have ever done. It is a one way video interview format and for some reason, despite all my prep about my work life and accomplishments I find myself crippled with anxiety over this. I have the gift of a long weekend to prepare ( must be done by midnight Sunday). I realised I am struggling deeply with imposter syndrome and also so afraid of blowing my chances due to never having done an interview in this way before. I am putting off practicing for some reason. The questions and specific format are unknown until I begin. Also unknown is if I can redo and what time limits might be. I am overweight and 50 and I am also afraid of being judged as well. But I can look pretty cute when all put together, but I have many unhelpful thoughts and feelings.
Any ideas on what to do about the imposter syndrome first, as I think this is the biggest roadblock, so I can move on with practicing and preparing?
Thanks all! Happy New Year!
