She was SO talented. In fact, when she told me all about her experience, education, and skillset I was in awe!
But she wasn’t getting ANY bites on her resume when she applied to jobs she really should have been hearing back from. This recent client of mine was feeling beyond frustrated and stuck.

I know...it sounds so harsh, but how she tried to position herself just wasn’t working. And I saw it immediately.
