I found this really interesting. Anyone else have thoughts on this?

What do you think of these findings? https://www.inc.com/betsy-mikel/new-study-open-offices-are-terrible-for-women.html

Open offices are terrible. I just spent two years in a cube and it’s noisy and distracting. I found myself to be less productive on projects where I really needed to concentrate and think through processes. And, yes, I felt like I was always on display and had to act accordingly in case anyone was watching.

Thanks for sharing your feedback! I agree that open spaces are not conducive to "deep work" and are terribly distracting. It's an interesting challenge to balance the need for privacy/concentration with the benefits of collaboration/accessibility. I was also really struck by the idea of women feeling on display!
