Hi Tawana! The responsibilities vary by position, but for the Technical Account Manager role we're looking for someone with 5+ years of relevant experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include: semi-regular sync calls with customer; support ticket triaging & coordinating responses; assisting with customer training sessions and onboarding. More high-level info is in the position listing itself, but I'm hoping to find a strong account manager/experienced customer support rep who can pick things up quickly and is looking to improve their skills as part of a growing team!
