I am researching for a new service I am offering to companies and I was hoping to get input from individuals working in HR.
The service is to help when you have an employee that isn't necessarily flourishing in their current role (and might be a drain on the company) either identify what role they would succeed in OR for them to gracefully move on so they succeed and you can fill the position with someone more aligned with the position.
