TRACTION:
I read this book as a reccomendation from an owner of a a pemier architectural firm in Cleveland, OH. He follows everything to the 'T'. I am a business consultant and work for 3 different companies. With different personalities, I ave chosen differently aspects of this to cover. If I knew I could cover the costs, I would get certified in EOS. Maybe in the future! The book is still an excellent resource.
7 HABITS OF HIGH EFFECTIVE PEOPLE:
This book goes into effective and productive relationships in the workplace and how to motivate/inspire your team. I have used all the habits to improve myself proffessionally and to make WIN-WIN deals or accept NO DEAL outcomes if they were actually better than any losses.
NO EGO)
This really pushes alot of great points, including the importance of being adaptive and recognizing those who are productive your team.
7 Habits of Highly Effective People has been high on many lists for decades for a reason! It's a great resource. Thanks for the other suggestions I will look into them!
