Due to many of us being in the job market I'd like to give one reminder. Please have a your offer reviewed (preferably by a lawyer) before accepting. It's tough out there and our instincts say that we should be happy to receive an offer. Employment lawyers that I've worked with say close to 80% of the people who come to them for advice have a signed offer letter that was not in their favour and they did not understand all conditions at the time of signing.... and in most cases there is little that can be done at this point because the offer was signed. Please ensure the conditions of your future employment are in your favour before accepting. Now go do amazing things!
