Hello Ladies,
My name is Joy and I'm new to the group. I left a corporate training position in March and launched a DEI consulting firm in April. My usually busy calendar is now eerily slow due to clients dealing with employee COVID issues. Any suggestions for speakers bureau's, conferences, speaking opportunities or other advice to expand my work beyond Nashville, TN is greatly appreciated. Looking forward to meeting and sharing with everyone!

I would try building a business through zoom calls. You can monetize your services, build the business and get referrals through social media channels.

Yes! Get into vigorous networking while beating up a revolution around your business.
Have you tried to cold reach prospective organisations and institutions ? Speak and schedule meetings with people you think can push your gigs forward.
Do what's Do doable and let their be no take backs when it comes to making goals a reality.
