Resume Over Coffee

Hi, I am incredibly passionate about working for Apple.

I got a couple of referrals for Product Marketing Rotation role. However, there has been no response from the company. It will be of extreme help if I can talk to a recruiter from Apple about how this works and how I can better my chances of being noticed for the role or any advice about the same will help too. Thank you so much for your time.

Yasmine's advice is probably a little direct. Worth a try. I recommend looking at LI and seeing the path that others took BEFORE they made it to Apple. You may need a stepping stone or 2 before you get to Apple yourself.

Use LinkedIn. Find any connection that has a tie-in or search Apple employees. Send a similar message and ask for guidance/advice or a referral. Good luck!

awesome that you got some referrals, but keep in mind that anyone who works for Apple or has a connection probably gets hit up a lot for referrals. Even if your friend(s) send them rarely and did so with your best interests, it could depend greatly on how Apple treats them. As stated above, def go to LI. Go beyond hunting for Apple employees. See what works there and study what their path was. Obviously your story won't be the same, but you might get an idea what type of story is attractive to them. Craft yours and keep in mind what's in it for them!
