Hello all.
I am a 37 year old woman with several years of experience in B2B settings and roles in software/client implementation, workflow management, client services, analysis, background investigations and leadership. To put it lightly, I guess I'm a jack of all (many) trades, but a master of none.
I was laid off on 11/6 along with many others, and I guess I'm lucky part of my severance package included 3 months with a career coach. She has been wonderful and really helped me up my LinkedIn/Resume game (and recommend you all to me!), and I'd love another set of eyes on where I am and where I can go.
Ideally, I am looking to stay in the realm of analytics and implementation but out of the financial field, which is where I was laid off. I'm eager to meet women with experience in these areas and are willing to chat on areas I can improve upon for these fields.

I would avoid highlighting the concept/trait "jack of all (many) trades, but a master of none" in your actual searches/convos with potential employers. Great quality to have, but most employers think they are looking for something v specific even though they will typically benefit from a good problem solver.

Check out the PR/comms field-they often have a gap in analytics talent.

I think you have good chances of finding something with your talent. You have good skills. Financial field probably pays more, but other industries are also looking. Good luck!

Thank you so much for the encouragement! The reason I don't want to move back to finances, if I can help it, is the volatility of it right now. I see the economy getting worse before it gets better, so I don't want to risk being in a field with further layoffs for the foreseeable future.
