H1B job search crisis

Hi everyone. I am so grateful for FGB to have this amazing way to connect with other people! I am a H1B candidate in the US looking to switch from my current consultancy to another enterprise to grow. I find it hard to find companies willing to sponsor my visa in the future. I’m wondering if there are companies that would take in candidates like me?
