Is it a good idea to accept a job at a small " mom and pop " business which does not have an HR representative or dept?
The CEO is the HR guy, I guess, and they wouldn't allow me to ask what happened to their HR person who is still on emails but no longer working there. They seemed in a hurry to hire somebody which I think should also give me pause perhaps?
I just think it leaves the door open to many possible problems for myself,
