Salary Negotiations

Hello everyone! Soooo...I'm excited that I was recently invited for a second interview but have no idea how to negotiate salary if (and when) they choose me for the position. The range has already been publicized but I'm hoping to be offered the upper end of the scale. I have a job-related master's degree and over 5 years experience. Please help.

There are a lot of great articles out there that can help you. Sounds like you have the hard part done already, determined your needs. Prepare to negotiate and think of alternates should they not reach your desired salary such as additional vacation days.
