One page resume

Hi folks, I am new to the group, I am an experienced marketing analyst with over 15 years experience. I’ve heard some advice recently that I should have it only a one page resume. What are your thoughts?

I've always, even currently, heard less than 10 yrs = 1 page, more than 10 = 2 pages, but make them full pages, not 1/4 of pg 2 used. If an academia CV, more pages are fine.

Great Q LauMurt! ONE PAGE! Yes, it's doable!!^ Be a ruthless editor. It's tough to be objective when judging yourself, so get a buddy or a coach if you're stuck. It helps you stay accountable too!

I have seen some great one pagers, but it is a challenge for most to be succinct enough to really highlight accomplishments. For a networking event or position where you have a strong network, totally yes. If you have been at the same place for the past 10 years or most of your career, it is totally doable. I was able to combine my experience for the same organization to a one pager.
