Resume Over Coffee

Sales is in my job description-but I don't do much selling, need resume help

For nearly 5 years I have had the job title of inside sales but the "sale" is a small portion of my overall job. With no room to grow in my current position I am trying to put together a resume and look for jobs. My problem is jobs with my title do not describe what I have been doing and I am nervous this title on my resume will not accurately portray me and will land me with options I am unhappy with. Looking at jobs I feel like I am better suited for something along the lines of account management. Here is what I have been doing: The job is in manufacturing and we have growing pains. I have been trouble shooting quite a bit. I have been handling a lot of logistical issues with getting the product where it needs to go. The positions that are in charge of getting product out do not contact our customers. I have been helping customers with our ordering software. Downloading it, navigating it, etc. We are the central point of contact for all customers as there is no customer service department, etc. I do create some quotes, answer questions on product, etc but it is the smaller part of my job. I do not cold call or even take or make outgoing sales calls. There are many other tasks I take on but they are on the administrative side. I deal with the same repeat customers daily as well as new ones and receive kudos regularly from them. Sorry to be vague but I am not wanting to reveal my employer. Any advice that anyone can give as to how I convey this correctly on a resume would be very much appreciated! In my current situation, I do not have any funds to spare for a resume writer.

Thank you for your advice! LinkedIn is a whole new hurdle for me to tackle as well. I have one, but it is bare bones. I have some work to do!
