I'm happy to review resumes for federal roles & consultant roles. As a fed for 13 years, I posted roles for vacancies on my teams, interviewed, and rated applicants. Now, as a consultant I have done the same over the past year and a half.

I might also have one for you to review. If I stay in the military until my Fed service is over, I will write a civilian resume for that time. If I end up retiring militarily before my fed service over, I will need another period of time of fed service to meet the fed retirement too.

If you are transitioning within the next 9 months, it makes sense to begin developing your resume now. If you are 6 months out, you'll want to start networking, applying, and interviewing now.
