New to the group

I just started freelancing for various organizations social media content and I'm rather liking it ... what's best rates out there that we should make a standard so no one underpays the good work that we do.

There are a number of benefits to having a set writing standard: it helps to create consistency across your organization, it provides a forum for employees to practice their writing skills with https://assignmentpay.com/case-study/ and it can help to promote thoughtful and accurate communication. There are also a number of drawbacks to having a standard: it can be difficult to enforce, it may lead to over-compliance if everyone abides by the same rules, and there may be resistance from those who feel that they should be exempt from the standard because of their situation or experience. Ultimately, the decision of whether or not to make a writing standard is one that is up to each organization. It is important, however, to be aware of the pros and cons before making the decision.

Try researching what others are charging in your area of expertise and figure out where you fall based on what you bring to the table (talent, experience, niche specialties). Avoid undercharging and be ready to defend your rate based on what you provide.

Does not pigeonhole well.

Rates vary for freelancing as with anything else. Beginners earn less than experienced people; specialists in niche areas command a higher rate. I'm all in favor of people being paid well for the work they do. But imho trying to establish a single standard is unworkable.
