Today, my yoga teacher challenged the class to get in poses that scares us. I absolutely loved the initiative! I looked around and people were in pigeon pose, warrior 3, camel pose, crow pose and so much more!
What I found so fascinating is that our top scariest yoga poses were all different. So whenever it's a certain pose, a machine workout or a specific class you like but also dread, what workout gets you out of your comfort zone?
