Hi, I'm a career changer and looking for assistance in the process.
I'm not sure what I want to be doing next. My work and education history is rather varied. I'm finding it challenging to make it into something cohesive. Thanks for any assistance!
I suggest clarifying first your values, strengths and how you’re motivated. This will give you a foundation of a position and type of company that will make you most satisfied and align with your talents.
Here’s a recent blog I wrote that describes this discovery process, with prompt questions so you can get started:

Hi Amy!
I'm working for a career start-up that helps with this exact thing! You can arrange a strategy call with the founder, it's 100% free and they help you to figure out which career might be your best fit and how to achieve the switch!
The call is one-on-one so you it's kinda like career therapy!
You can schedule the free call here:https://calendly.com/elissa-arcvida/career-strategy-session?month=2021-06
Thanks, Clarissa, for the information.
I took this awesome free Yale course called The Science of Wellbeing. One of the research-backed insights was we are happier and more successful when we lean into our core strengths. There was a free evaluation called Values in Action that identified your core strengths. I would start there and think about what type of work aligns with what you are really good at, what the world needs and what will pay you money to enjoy the work you do.
Good luck! Cheering you on!
Thank you, Eva. I'll check it out.
Do you have a passion that your previous experiences could be put towards? What an exciting time for you. Sometimes when I'm in transition, I look for fun jobs while I contemplate my next move. Helps me clear my mind and soul.
What does your work experience include & what areas are you interested in?
My interests are art and science. I'm rather open to how that might work out. I am looking for a remote position.
