Career Changers!

What direction to take?

Hi there! Hope everyone is having a Happy Monday. I am stuck at the moment, and needing a career change. I currently work in QA for a healthcare agency, and I'm not feeling fulfilled and definitely not growing in the role. I have asked about my role and the direction it's possibly going and the responses were lackluster, so this doesn't reassure me or give me clarity. Needless to say, I thrive in a role where I am creative, there's variety and room for growth. And I am so ready for a change. Any advice on where to start?
