First you have to believe in yourself Karen that you can do this and want to do this! Are you clear on what you want to do - how you want to reinvent yourself and show up in this new space?

yes, my belief in my ability has been shaken this year, I have lost my career focus and really would like a new direction, I think as I have gotten older, my focus is now changing but harder to define, since I am really looking at five years from now retiring but taking a lesser job in some field that is fun. I have had a very tough year in my job, new boss, lots of changes and trying to keep up with what they want and then looking at what I want. I would love to work for Disney, I applied to a Manager of Doc control and heard they are reviewing my resume, so more to come. But yet I think it is an age thing, when you get further into your career, sometime it is harder to keep your career goals in front of you when so many changes are bombarding you.
