1. Share my full-time position with a partner - I love my current job but would be delighted to have more time with my kids (or any time by myself).

Yes!! Time for you too. I even took acting and dance classes with toddlers AND my job when I job shared. For me, promotion related to job share (though I am already quite senior, so it would take a special company to accommodate) or take a career change to job share. I think the answers are highly dependent on your current life stage
