Tips On Hiring Freelancers?

Hi ladies, does anyone have any tips on finding/hiring freelancers? I'm thinking of writing an article on this topic and would love to feature some of your advice on our blog (joinrise.co/blog). Would appreciate any insight or input that you may have. Thanks in advance!

There are freelancers for hire through LinkedIn Profinder. I've gotten a lot of work through there. I've also gotten work and hired people through Upwork, Fiverr, and a number of other similar sites.
