IT type of Business Startup Looking for Freelancers
I am working on a business plan and if I can gain the confidence I need for the good idea, I will need a specific type of programmer. Any suggestions on how to find IT freelancers?

Without knowing anything about the project and specific work, my thought is to reach out to local colleges and look for interns with the skills you need. In this way, you're getting talent that you can help shape and grow into potential employees when you get this new business going. Besides doing this, which may already be too late for the spring semester, use the job boards and also network with people you know. I know this is very general advice, but without more info, I hope this helps.
