My DEI consultant work has suddenly come to a halt due to COVID.
Any suggestions for work I can give my virtual assistant during this down time? I'm obligated to pay her a hefty fee for the next two months.

Is there someone you can share her services with? Perhaps that person could pick up some of the payment to your VA as well.

Prospecting work and gathering insights on what prospective clients did what (focused on what type of DEI work, categorize the work, etc). Landscape analysis takes time and will be helpful if in a few weeks you have some ‘market research’ as well as build a list of contacts and contact information. Also research events conferences etc that you might want to speak at or attend. That takes time to build
