What's the best customer service you've experienced and why?
A few months ago I was looking at the North Face website to see what I could do about a rain jacket I had bought from them many, many years ago. The inside waterproofing of the jacket, something white adhered to the inside of the fabric, was peeling and flaking. I came across a message on the website that all of their products are guaranteed for life. So I e-mailed them through a form on their website and they instructed me how to return the jacket to their repair HQ. This week, they e-mailed me a GC that covered the cost of buying a whole new jacket as a replacement from their website. What is an incredible customer service experience you've had (or provided) and why was it so awesome?
