I agree, Barb. And i would add that sometimes we aren't successful because our timing is off.

I understand this sentiment but I have to add: "Maybe, maybe not". Sometimes people are not successful (yet) because they lack the tools, or they aren't at the point in their life where they have the space (mental, financial or family) to make the changes that are necessary. And it's okay to feel a little "sorry for yourself" that your dream might have to wait, it's that just human nature? It's okay to have an idea (passion, or business) and not be able to find the path to make that idea a reality right now. Not being successful now does not mean your journey is over nor does it mean that you can't move forward (in small baby steps) and that you won't be successful in the future. Again, I understand the sentiment in the post above, of course successful people drive through adversary but I think it's worth saying sometimes we drive through adversary while feeling sorry for ourselves :)
