You would think in our current BLM culture people would be more aware and for diversity. I am finding this is not the case at my place of employment. It has been made very clear that I was the diversity hire and I am not welcomed nor respected here.

Hi Ladies! Thank you for creating this space. Alice, this space is like a breath of fresh air! My stories of blatant forms of discrimination, blatant forms of racism, blatant forms of caucasian and "others" microagressions are too numerous to recant. So much so that I have sought out psychotherapy in an effort to talk myself down from that cliff or performing Crispus Attucks and Nat Turner forms of violent outrage. Yes...it's that deep!
