How do you rock your next interview? Interview like it's a sales call.
Most people think acing an interview means sharing as much as they can about what they have done and rarely ask questions to uncover the employer's pain points and the monetary value associated to solving their problems. People also leave money on the table when asked about
compensation during the screening interview.
How do you overcome that? When answering interview questions, start by mentioning specific results you have delivered and end by asking the employer on how a similar approach could alleviate their pain points.
