Currently with company since end of 2020, started part-time.

In 2021 they offered me full-time increased workload and gave me less than 10% increase at performance review. In 2022 they increased my workload again, by offering me another part-time role for an entirely different department and skillset. Six months later increased workload again on top of all prior daily responsibilities. No raise was given taking on 2 teams and while still successfully managing my first role of responsibilities. To date, 2.5 years later 1 less than 10% pay increase and wage so low cant afford healthcare, customer retention and satisfaction increased. Processes and efficiencies improved drastically and both teams 1 technical and 1 operations successful in performance since stepping into all 3 roles. Organizational changes in 2022 that was the excuse from leadership to its employees. Performance reviews are coming up and i have no motivation or confidence compensation will be at market value. Any sound support or encouragement? Has any experienced and how was it successfully resolved for your good? Thank you for letting me share!

Often a status change from part time to full time doesn't warrant a change in wage. You are getting more $ with more hours with same position. When changing positions you need to be your own advocate and discuss wage prior to accepting. Do your research on the average wage for that position and then speak to that. When added responsibilities come your way and you feel outside the scope of your position you have an opportunity to either add that new skill to your resume or have a conversation with your leader and speak on this. Your company also makes the decision on your healthcare costs they pass on to you. There are programs outside of employers that may be cheaper to explore. It's a tough response but it comes from an empathetic place, promise.
