Worrying about the future
Although I know this will all last a while longer, I'm starting to get worried about what will happen when everything opens back up. I've been telling myself that everything will be better, but I'm starting to worry I've put too much hope on the future and haven't focused on bettering myself and my relationships now. Can anyone relate to this?
What's one small thing you can do to help yourself feel better now? Try and pick something that will help you now AND in the future.
play with my golden retriever for exercise makes me feel better now. and it will also in the future!
