So Stressed, But Still Procrastinating...

As many of us are now experiencing our third week of self-quarantine, we are trying to get used to our new normal of working from home while balancing family, health, and career. I'm so grateful to have job security and the ability to work from home. However, I am one month shy of completing my Master's degree with an internship project and capstone paper still in the works. I am having so much trouble with staying focused after I log out of my work computer and hit the books/continue my internship project. It's like I'm so stressed to the point of not even being able to start somewhere, which is furthering my stress levels! It's like an endless cycle I can't seem to escape right now. Is anybody experiencing the same/can lend me some helpful tips to get myself motivated?
