Working from home allows some to reclaim that illusive work-life balance, as they don’t have to spend as much time going to work or getting dressed for meetings.

It also provides a cushion for people caring for children and parents at the same time. My ability to work remotely enabled me to do this effectively and enabled me to reduce stress.
