Monday Thought

I had all different kinds of managers during my corporate career before I had my own business. One take-away that helped me when I became a manager, is that you can learn just as much of what not to do as a manager from a poor manager, as you can learn what to do from a good, fair manager.

Absolutely! As an exercise, I ask, “what are the qualities that you admire in your leaders and managers? How are you embodying those qualities? And “what attributes do you not appreciate in managers and leaders?Which ones are you doing? And what will you di to shift it?”
