“I’m sorry” is waaay overused

I loved this article... how much are you using this expression? “I’m sorry...” I agree with the author’s perspective and would add that it’s disempowering language in the workplace. What are your thoughts? When I craft an email and communicate, I use a forward looking approach that creates solutions going forward and express how I’ll address the situation.
