Hello.
If you're new to the group, please share a little bit about yourself, if you work at a dealership, and what you do.
Dear Shawna,
Thank you for asking and good to know about you , I worked in 47 professions and one was related to automotive. My experience was with male owners, CEOs, contractors, buyers, drivers and simulators taught me that looking after your customer and peers is the only way to raise revenue and healthy environment.
World is moving from gas/petrol to a green economy which means now electric cars will take over, and the hybrid model is already available in the market for a long. It’s not too far when the flying cars will be in the market.
Product is transforming, people NOT... Customers NOT... so you have to play nicely with the learning capabilities of your customers.
All men are not bad, they are just new to the topic of women empowerment and equality. They cooperate so much when they see you working hard. They will appreciate you and help you until their wings allow them to support you.
Good luck !
Hi Shakeela. This has been my experience with men also. I don't deal directly with customers, but I work with many owners, managers, and salespeople who are men. You can go far when you treat them like humans instead of misogynists. There are a few women at my place of business who talk down to or about men, and I find it inappropriate. But there are going to be difficult people regardless of where a person works. I'm glad you have had a positive experience in the dealership industry.
Dear Shawna,
Regardless of gender, I am a customer as well, since the day I was born, for all the products on the earth as a human being. I never forget a salesperson who genuinely, honestly, and respectfully sells something, tells me all the rights and the wrongs and maintains my trust even after buying the product. Dealership revenue could be increased by doing a SWOT (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunity and Threats) analysis,
1. The primary strengths of dealerships are technological access and initial contact.
2. Basic weaknesses are price, delivery speed and selfish interaction by judging customers from his/her getup/appearance.
3. The best Opportunity is Financial entrepreneurial steps, dealership should see things from the perspective of customer financial status and finds out a solution with a limited budget, we mostly give cars who have so much money from banks loan in their accounts and not give cars to people who have the integrity to pay back their loan and have no liabilities.
4. Threats are inventory management and not being ready for future transformation.
I hope my comments will help you to increase your revenue.
Always available for your help.
