Getting organized

Being organized is so important when building a business. But staying organized can be the the hard part. I particularly love using planners to keep me and my family organized. What apps or systems do you use to keep you and your business organized?

Calendars are a must for me to keep meetings, appointments, and events in order. I am still a big paper person and would love to transition to paperless filing of all the documents I collect... should start with buying a scanner perhaps.

I am still a paper person as well when it comes to keeping track. You can now also download apps to scan documents and save them directly to your cloud. Maybe try that before diving into a new scanner?

So I am only 32 but I have a hard time wrapping my head around "the cloud" haha, how exactly do I access it once its there? For example, I have a hard time accessing some information (other than pictures) off my apple icloud so I worry I would have the same issue with a different "cloud". It just confuses me... can we make Flash drives more safe and permanent? lol
