Menopause In The Workplace

Hi!

What an interesting group, and I"m so happy to be here. I guess I have menopause, and yes I hate talking about it, so this group will probably make it easier for me. Most of the time I think I'm ok, but it comes and goes, the hot flashes and then i can get cranky. I dont like medicine, so Im interested in anything natural? Also, I did bring desk top fan into my office, so that works great!

So glad the fan works for you! Do you have any other tips?

There are shelves full of great natural remedies for managing your symptoms and you should also watch leading doctors and healing professionals vlogs. There are so many natural healing practices you can employ. Look into Ayurveda approaches to help you balance your hormones and life. This line of thinking looks at your whole being to help center things instead of just focusing on specific symptoms.
