Everything Going Well?

Hello ladies! I am just checking in to see how everyone is. I personally am writing this from the comfort of my bed, trying not to fall asleep too early. I usually work closing shifts (2:30-11:00) and I did that 3 days in a row only to turn around and do 2 openers (7:00-3:30). I was working today on 4.5 hrs sleep. I am thankful for the hrs and the hazard pay, but oh man. I would love to hear how you all are doing and if you have coping skills for clopening shifts. -- not as young as I once was.

My husband and I used to do back to backs in the service industry from time to time. We both swear by a grocery store product called Alternil it has melatonin valarian and trytophan (turkey chemical) in it. Take it either trying to fall aleep early the day before or when you get home after a shift and need to sleep but are buzzing along. Sleep is so important.
