Can you take some time off and get in some self care? Are you able to identify what is in your control and what is not in the situation? And in the what you can control area, can you make any easy quick changes to remove some load or burden off your shoulders? Are you able to speak to your boss? Are you able to engage with a therapist? Is it work or things at home that is causing you the most stress right now? What hobbies have you been ignoring that bring you joy? Also try to start taking nature walks, and keeping a gratitude journal as part of your self care routine.

Start doing more things you enjoy. Give yourself permission to take that much needed break.

Start honoring your Yes and no's on the calendar. It really is ok to say no with no explanation. First Acknowledge that you are burnout. Slow down and give yourself permission to do some self-care.

You can't talk with your boss or leadership board because you ...Read more
