I want to feel protected, safe, autonomous, trusted, humanized, respected, supported, encouraged, and when I express concerns or needs, to feel that they are valued, heard, and that actionable solutions are considered. I want to be a part of a supportive and project driven team. I want to feel inspired and uplifted!
