To start your week clear your thoughts, and simplify your priorities so you can SHOW UP FOR YOURSELF.  I use a process called Monday Hour One. Sit down at my desk on Mondays and the first thing I do is lay out my intentions and goals, look at my beliefs, clean up my thoughts and then make a kickass plan. It’s kickass not because it’s massive mountain moving stuff. It’s kickass because it’s doable and I am head over heels in love with all of my reasons for doing everything that makes the list.
