I would like your help, please.

Think about your definition of a "leader" and please reply here and answer this question:  In 10 words or less, how do you describe your favorite boss/ leader/ mentor? I keep a running list of leaders I've worked for and with who are just "top drawer" humans. I want to be like them in so many ways.  But I want more than to just BE like them. I want to LEAD like them because I want to create RESULTS like they do. Results like: Help others live in their full potential Create meaningful, usable knowledge and tools  Promote simplicity and joy Cascade kindness and curiosity everywhere What kind of results do you want to create?
