Ladies please help me!

My boss has hinted that he may want us to go back into the office. I need your help to renegotiate working from home as my drive each way is 2 hours + I would not mind working at the office 1-2 days - a hybrid. Since Covid began we worked from home. He now expanded the office and is moving to a new location- farther than where our original office is located. I want to be able to provide a good argument/reason why I prefer this option. please help !!!

I’ve always worked from majority of the time, only going to the office twice a month pre-pandemic. My company, too, has started aggressively pressuring us to go back. Aside from all the efficiency/productivity reasons, the one I gave is that I do not feel comfortable going back until my baby is vaccinated. With covid variants and loosening of workplace safety protocol, it’s just simply not in the best interest of my family’s safety.

You can't talk with your boss or leadership board because you ...Read more
