In my job - which is loosely Projects and Continuous Improvement, but much more - I am very fortunate to work with many different people of different cultures, in different work locations. The work is very varied. My greatest passion is people development. It is so important, where appropriate, that people in any organisation have a voice. Anyone in a role of power who does not recognise that their people are their biggest asset, will likely not achieve the full potential of their organisation.
