It's great to see discussions about workplace culture and employee engagement! As a Culture Ambassador, Tracey, your role sounds fascinating and crucial in these times of change. I believe that creating an inclusive and supportive environment is essential, especially for GenX women who often find themselves balancing multiple responsibilities. Speaking of creating positive experiences, I recently came across a platform that offers some interesting insights and opportunities in Switzerland. You can check it out here: https://duospin.ch/. It's always beneficial to explore new resources that can enhance our work-life balance!

My biggest role is to stop attrition. Creating a great employee experience is the fun part of the job.

About this group

We went to college in the 90s, started our careers when cell phones were a luxury that came with a shoulder bag and fax machines were the newest tech. Here we are now, in what should be the best years of our career facing an ever changing work culture that sees established Boomers still running the show with Millennials expecting to be the next leaders. Meanwhile we just want to take a vacation, make sure the kids get to soccer practice and fund our 401k.
