As a parent and a working woman, would you prefer companies that offer child care and tutoring benefits over those who don't?

I don't know why more companies don't offer on site daycare. Companies that have see less absenteeism and women leaving the workforce after having a child.

Wow either of those would be awesome. I raised my kids in the age of you work, kids have no business in the office or even being mentioned. In office daycare was unheard of. I applaud companies who are offering either or both of these!

Tutoring benefits??? HECK yeah! I was lucky enough to find one during Covid that was very reasonable in pricing but my neighbor is paying $75/hr.
This is a HUGE incentive. Even after Covid!
