To help with burnout, I take mandatory breaks! Also, I eat and get dressed (even if it’s just my workout clothes) prior to turning on my computer. I have a mid-day healthy energy boosting drink to give me the momentum for the second half of the day.

I am sure this relates with many of us; we all miss to be in the office, we miss seeing our colleagues and we all just want to back to "normal" life. Unfortunately this could take a while and in the meantime is crucial that we take care of our health. It's important that we take time out during the day to do something physical - even going for a simple walk will help your mental health as well. As we are working from home, the normal work hours have become more fluent, but it's important the you also take time away from work; do not check mails or open the laptop at all hours.

This is my biggest problem but you're right, it's so important to step away

I can definitely relate! One thing I've started doing to help me cope, is being really strict with my calendar and setting boundaries. I used to get up and immediately start checking emails and working, and then not really cut it off at night. Now, I purposefully stick to 9-6!
