Self-taught in STEM

How can I showcase my STEM knowledge without a STEM degree? I’m self-taught and have made a portfolio, but I feel like employers are only looking for the degrees and certifications on my resume.

Just recently we did a webinar on this exact topic; "how to break into STEM without a STEM degree" where 3 of my Johnson & Johnson colleagues shared their personal stories and provided advise. There is a recording of the webinar further down on this page; Posted by Sam Spica on April 20th. We received a lot of positive feedback from the webinar, so I recommend that you watch it. Good luck :-)
